Day 4

November 30, 2015 by Kris Kringle

Oh, I love the old toys. Sometimes today we get lost a little and forget the meaning of these presents. You know children they teach us one of the greatest gifts of life, it’s a progression for us. They teach us the gift of selflessness. They teach us to put someone in front of us. You say, when I got married I learned that. No! You didn’t. You learned how to compromise. You learned how to be an equal, but with a child you learn selflessness, you learn that someone is more important than you. And if you are a parent and you haven’t learned that, learn it.
There are almost a hundred and fifty million orphans around the world. Each a gift. Waiting. But whether or not you have the room in your heart or in your home for a child, the greatest gift we can give a child is the gift of the love of a parent.
Whether mother, father, uncle, aunt, grandmother, grandfather, neighbor, friend, teacher, this Christmas give the greatest gift you can give a child.

Be the Santa in you and give the love of a parent. Merry Christmas.
